    Dear Dianne and Erin

I just finished watching and listening. Thank you both so much. I lost my husband suddenly 3 years ago after 46 years together. So much of what was said I’ve been through. Thank you for allowing me to talk about my beloved Paul, for allowing me to still cry, but more important to laugh again without feeling guilty. Erin, you and I have conversed before about loss. I’m so glad for youm&’Rob,that,Phil, Brooke, Colin and Jane have come home to be near you. Stay healthy and be safe Dianne & Erin. ❤️😍

Awww thank you so much, Rhonda! I never realize I have an accent until I hear myself! So pleased you enjoyed the interview!

Thank you Rhonda – and I did warn Dianne that I might start slipping into a bit of her accent as we chatted (which I found myself doing). I can’t help it – a shrink would have a field day with it I’m sure as a measure of “fitting in”. It was a lovely chat and I’m so glad that Dianne reached out! Erin

Great interview and talk, Diane. You’re a true Healthcare provider – during this strange and trying time it’s important to look after not only our physical health but our mental and emotional health too. Talks like this are so uplifting, so thank you! I adore Erin – she’s a remarkable woman! I loved her book and recommended it to our Book Club and when I emailed her to tell her I was so surprised that she emailed me right back and offered to join our Zoom meeting! She spent an hour and a half chatting with us. She is one special lady! Again, thank you for hosting this heartwarming talk!

Excellent interview Erin and Dianne. It’s wonderful that you are doing this Dianne. I hope it helps all those first responders who have and are still giving so much of themselves, as well as others with whom this talk will resonate. The part about choices is something that can help all of us, regardless of our circumstances. I was a long time listener of Erin’s. I remember Erin’s special broadcasts from home on Christmas eve with Rob & Lauren. Now I “stay in the loop” by reading Erin’s journals.

Erin you are like an old friend that no matter how long it’s been, we pick up from where we left off. This was so lovely. So inspiring. Whenever I check I with you I see layer upon layer of wisdom that only comes from living though your loss as well as embracing with a full heart the joy of the beautiful life that you have been blessed with.
Thank you for the advice on how to speak to someone who is experiencing grief. You just keep on giving and we are all grateful for that.

Thank you Linda for watching the interview! It sounds like you are very familiar with Erin’s work. I love you response about ‘…layer upon layer of wisdom…’ You are exactly right! I thought her guidance on what to say to someone who has lost a loved one was very helpful as well. Thank you again.
